Features of Ceramic Sand:
1. The thermal expansion coefficient is small, and the performance can be compared with the zirconia sand . With its preparation of core sand, the casting does not cause expansion defects.
2. The sand particles are spherical, good liquidity, easy to be real, and good breathability.
3. The surface is smooth and the structure is dense, so that the bonding agent can be evenly covered.
4. Ceramic sand is a neutral material, which can be used in acid and alkaline adhesives.
5. Good regeneration performance.
Because sand grains are spherical and their surface area is small, the amount of resin additions can be reduced, and the amount of water glass is small; and the casting defect produced by the bonding agent is reduced, and the finished product rate of the casting is increased.
